Simplex Basket Strainer |
| We are a specialist manufacturer of simplex basket strainers for efficient flow management. Simplex type basket strainers works on the mechanism of top removal of the screen. The screen fitted inside the strainer is in basket form, with a handle to lift, ensuring easy removal for disposal of all foreign particles captured and filtered by the screen.

| BVk offer a wide range of simplex strainers. Connection Size : 25 NB to 300 NB flanged end. Construction : The outer casing is made of fabrication or casting to withstand high pressure. The elements are generally made of perforated sheet & wire mesh of SS-304, SS-316 etc. as per application. Pressure and Temperature : Cast Steel 100 Bar @ 200 Deg.C max., Alloy Steel 100 Bar @ 260 Deg. C. max. Micron Rating Range : 10 micron to 500 micron Application : It is suitable for any type of viscous liquid (Lube Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Other Petroleum Oil, Coolant Fluid, Water / Oil Emulsion) at constant pressure drop. |

Fabricated -M.S./ S.S/P.P. Fiber Filter Element – Wire mesh SS 304/ SS 316, 316 L, Brass, Paper, SS Sintered, Glass fiber, Monel Metal (these can be provided with magnets for certain metallic impurities), Hest Alloy, Ceramic, PP, Nylon, Polyester, Cupro nickel, Bronze, Borosilicate Glass Micro Fiber, Cotton and Glass Fiber Wound.
